Calspan has been providing design, fabrication, and instrumentation of sub-scale propulsion test articles to the Aerospace industry for over 65 years. Our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota supports aerospace and industrial OEMs in their design, development, and CFD validation efforts through the creation of models with close tolerances and enhanced design features. We provide these challenging models and prototypes efficiently and cost effectively utilizing 4 and 5-Axis CNC Machining, CNC Turning, and 4-Axis Wire EDM to enable the machining of complex 3-D surfaces.
